       – A restocking fee of 15% applies to all custom wheel returns.        – For all other parts, a restocking fee of 10% is applicable.
       – All returns must be initiated within a 60-day period from the date of purchase.
       – Please note that this return policy only applies to products ordered directly from Warp 9. If you purchased our products through one of our authorized dealers, please contact the dealer for their return policy.
       – The product must be in new, unused condition. It should not show any signs of wear, damage, or use that would affect its resale value.        – The product must be returned in its original packaging. Please ensure that all included accessories, documentation, and parts are also included.
       – Any changes or modifications requested for custom wheel orders after 24 hours from the time of purchase may incur an additional fee.

Repair Policy:
We stand by the durability of our wheels, and we offer a comprehensive solution for actual damage (not cosmetic changes). If you encounter any issues with your wheels, here’s how our policy works:
Tires: If wheels come to us with tires on them, there is a charge of $25 to remove them and $25 to put them back on.
This policy operates similar to a warranty with a modest deductible. Your wheels are safeguarded against substantial damage, and our commitment is to restore them to their optimal condition.
